Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 August 2026
The service
SEAG Quest ("the service") provides interactive practice content for the Northern Ireland SEAG transfer test. During the founding-member pilot, the service is provided free of charge with no payment required.
Eligibility
The service is intended for primary-school children (typically P6 and P7) preparing for the SEAG transfer test, with an account set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to access another user's data, reverse-engineer the service, use the AI tutor for purposes other than question explanations, abuse the service in a way that imposes unreasonable costs, or use the service to produce content that is unlawful, harmful or harassing.
Content accuracy
We work hard to align practice content with the SEAG syllabus, but we make no guarantee that any specific question will appear in the actual exam, or that practice on this service will produce a particular grade or school placement. Use the service as one revision tool among many.
AI-generated explanations
The "Explain this answer" feature uses a third-party large-language model. AI explanations may occasionally be incomplete or imperfect. They are intended to support, not replace, a teacher or parent. Please report any inaccurate explanation via the
contact page.
Free pilot, future paid plans
During the founding-member pilot, all features are free. Paid plans may be introduced in future. If they are, existing free users will be given clear advance notice and a choice to opt in — no automatic charging.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Parent Console. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, during the free pilot, is £0).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland.
